About the Forum
Founded in 2018, the First International Forum on Chinese Film (Macao) is organized by Macau Academy of Cinematic Arts of Macau University of Science and Technology, and sponsored by the Macau Foundation. It is hoped that this forum can provide more practical and innovative suggestions for the development of Chinese film and television, and give full play to the geographical advantages of Macao to promote the international exchange and cooperation in that field.
In order to grasp latest development of Chinese film and television, and seize the new opportunities for the development of the Great Bay Area, this forum focuses on the discussion on the following topics, "New pattern of Chinese Film and Television and new opportunities in the Great Bay Area". This forum aims to strengthen academic and industrial ideas of the film industry, digital technology and regional development, improve the interpretation and innovation of Chinese film and television with the development of new media, and develop relevant theories.
